By making a reservation, checking in, or using any facilities at Azura Oued Laou (the “Property”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Acceptance of terms
By making a reservation, checking in, or using any facilities at the Property, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Reservations & payment
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit-card guarantee or prepayment as specified at booking.
- Rates are quoted in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit of 50% may be required for stays during peak season or for suites and villas.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit or are subject to cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are charged the full stay amount.
- Modifications to dates are subject to availability and rate changes.
3. Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability; additional fees may apply.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card at check-in.
4. Guest registration (Moroccan legal requirement)
In compliance with Moroccan law (Dahir n° 1-58-008 and Decree n° 2-02-186), all guests must be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival.
- You will be asked to provide your passport details at check-in.
- This information is submitted securely to the Direction Générale de la Sûreté Nationale (DGSN).
- Moroccan nationals must present a valid national ID card.
- Failure to provide accurate documentation may result in denial of check-in.
5. Age policy
- The minimum age to check in is 18 years.
- Children under 5 stay free when using existing bedding.
- Cribs and extra beds are available on request, subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
6. Conduct & respect for the Property
As a luxury boutique property, we kindly ask all guests to:
- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Refrain from smoking inside rooms, suites, or indoor dining areas — designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- Avoid excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or activities that disturb other guests.
- Not remove towels, linens, robes, or amenities from the Property.
The Property reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for violation of these policies.
7. Damage & liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or Property during their stay.
- Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed to the guest's account.
- The Property is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless stored in the in-room safe or at the front desk.
8. Restaurant & dining
- Restaurant reservations are recommended, especially for dinner and weekend brunch.
- Smart-casual attire is required in the main restaurant after 6:00 PM.
- Special dietary requests should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in dining areas.
9. Use of facilities
- Access to the spa, pool, beach cabanas, and fitness area may be restricted to registered guests.
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. If a lifeguard is not on duty, swim at your own risk.
- Beach access is subject to tide, weather, and local safety regulations.
- The Property reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or private events with prior notice.
10. Pets
- Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals with prior arrangement.
- Service animals must be leashed and under control at all times.
11. Security & safety
- The Property employs 24-hour security and surveillance in public areas.
- Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.
- In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and evacuate via marked exits.
12. Force majeure
The Property is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures. In such cases, guests will be offered rebooking or refund as appropriate.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is collected in accordance with Moroccan data-protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for reservation management, legal compliance (including police registration), and service enhancement.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tétouan, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Amendments
Azura Oued Laou reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of your stay will govern your reservation.
